Could anyone suggest me that, if anyone want to registered employee uninon in Delhi which belongs to MadhayPradesh (as working in MP only), is this possible?

No, Registration authorise only in Juridition.
A Registered Trade Union, once Recognized by Management , depending upon the majority of trade union members supporting it, and represented for Negotiation,it is possible.Even if Factory/ office situated in M.P.There are National Unions , represent their workmen anywhere in India.But, if local, only concerned for M.P., prefer to register in MP.
Their members have choice to join any union of their choice, regd in Delhi Mumbai or mp.Once the Registered Trade Union, represent majority of Workman, MP co, have no choice but to recognize that union, and solve their Industrial Dispute.
