Dear Everyone
I have registration a water purifier manufacturing company last 3 years on my wife name as proprietor but not start yet. In lockdown period i had not submit return on zero basis sale. Now my registration is cancelled suo moto by GST officer and block my return dashboard next return period. Can I do registration again on my name and pancard as same company name ?

You cannot easily bypass the system by applying for a new registration. You must resolve the past non-compliance (file pending returns and pay dues) and apply for the revocation of your cancelled registration through the GST portal to restore your status.
