If u can visit icai branch then go... They will process it fast... Go ahead with ur study... Within 1 month ur study material and registration letter came

In every state vat return format is different... Just prepare ur purchase and sales register... And calculate input and output vat.... Input vat adjusted with ur output vat and pay ur balance vat liability and file the returns online... Where u hv to upload purchase details and unregistered sales
