if I'm a supplier in a State of mirozam and engaged in exclusive supply of goods, in such case weather 10lac is applicable or 40 lac will be applicable for registration under GST??

NO, Limit of 10 Lakhs only is applicable for Mizoram State (40 Lakhs not applicable)
