Dear All,
Can anyone tell me the notification of ICAI for exemption of CPT for those students who are graduate in commerce.
if any one you have knowledge then plz let me know.

what i know is : Commerce graduate 55% and non commerce graduate with 60% marks are exempted from CPT and can enroll for IPCC and will directly start articleship training without even passing the 1st group. This rule is not implemented till now and nobody except C.A. G.Ramaswamy, ICAI's president knows when it's gonna be implemented...

I don't understand why the people are most concerned about skiping the CPT, hey guys it is proposal by ICAI and has to be sanctioned by Government of India (it is positive that it will be passed), but till it is not sanctioned by Government of India, don't waste your time, just logon to CPT and clear it, it may be that before it is sanctioned you may have perhaps, cleared your IPCC/Gp-I, so head on to CPT, don't waste time,,,,,,
Till now the Notification has not been issued so far by ICAI
Still it is under proposal which can be rejected.
