REGISTRATION FOR RCM
If any Unregistered person(recipient) receives any goods or service notified under sec 9(3) from a Registered supplier, then is it mandatory for that unregistered person to get registration irrespective of turnover for paying tax under RCM?

yes registration is mandatory to pay RCM liability.
Yes As as per section 24 of CGST Act it's mandatory.
