Registration for ca-intermediate

Hi Sir,

I am writing this for one of my collegue, who would like to continue his studies and would like to appear for Nov-15 IPCC (formerly intermediate) exam.   He lost his registration details and also the registration number.  Is ther any chance that from the address he had given to ICAI while registering himself, his registration number could be recollected?  His address is as given below:

Tony Jose, Theenalil House, Vayalar P.O., Cherthala - 688536, Kerala State.

Please help, if there are any possibility to get details of his registration number.
