registration for articles

hi
can anyone help me in this problem.i finished pe2 and now waiting to get registered for articles.because of delay in getting forms i got little late.i contacted institute several times and they say that forms are over and contact after 1week.i donno wat 2 do.iam trying to get d forms from other places.if i download form from our icai website and use them for registration will i be facing any problem?
also i dint get my cct certificate still.even then i took a bonafide from d computer institute to be on safer side.when i contacted chennai about d delay in sending my cct certificate, they say they dint get any report from d computer institute about my cct exam and passing it.i even contacted d comp institute n they told they sent the report and got feedback also and adviced me not to panic and everything will go alright.now that very little time is left out for registration before 30th what should i do.plzzz help me out of this prob.
