I am paying through online but my payment got failed two times
what to do plzz help?

if u are in CPT or in IPCC then do registration in which coaching you are studying they will registered on the behalf of Icai

IPCC through direct entry....i have done registration but my payment through online is failed

then please contact Icai on their helpline number they will advise u
