Registration detail of cpt for 12th appearing student

Just u go to the any chapter office or branch office of the ICAI and buy CA Prospects worth Rs.100 the cpt registration form also attached to the prospects at the end. All the details regarding filling of form and CA is in the prospcts and take a dd worth Rs.6000 fill the application form paste your photography at the place provided and sing the form at the place provided for you and attest by a member of ICAI at the place provided and enclose orginal dd and zerox copies of your SSC certificate and send it to the ICAI as per address given in the prospects (there region wise sending list of address).  Otherwise u can download the form throug using following link in such case the dd would be take for Rs.6100 Including application fee. All other clear details will be in the prospects u can go through
