i have buy residential flat which price is 9.5 lacs appx ..i want to know about that stamp duty and registration and gst charges..also what will be benefit if i have purchase stamp my wife or mother name..

you will get deduction under 80C for stamp duty and regt chgs paid in the year of payment

its the actual payment made towards stamp duty and regt chgs.
the percentage varies from state to state.you need to chk with the local authority
