We got registered in Tamilnadu and we do the following

Providing Mining Service to clients located andhrapradesh
We buy Marble blocks from mining sites at andhrapradesh and sell it immediately to the buyers located in same state or different states. Transportation is not our responsibility it is taken care by the buyer.

My doubt

am we need to get registered in andhrapradesh?
Who has to Generating e-way bill while Selling the marble blocks

No Dear You don't need to register yourself in andhrapradesh and E way bill can be generated by you or by transporter or by receipt.

As per Section 22 of CGST Act every person liable take Registration from where he makes taxable supply of Goods or Services. So if you are registered in Tamil Nadu can sell your goods to your clients directly from Andhra Pradesh (supplier place) . You can direct your supplier to deliver the goods to your client under module of Bill to , Ship To. (Refer Section 10 of IGST)

Eway bill can be generate by You or by Supplier
