whether a person who is providing a taxable service but within the threshold limit of 8,00,000 , is required to get him self registered under the service tax act by virtue of Rule 4 of the Service tax Rules 1994

Limit for registration begins beyond tornover of Rs. 7 lacs and payment starts after reaching limit of Rs. 8 lacs
