One of my friend's gst registration got rejected. The reason for rejection is non production of building tax document. Is it possible to re register?
If so what to do for it?
Further in cases of non availability of land/building tax document (because he is doing business on a rental premises and also residing in a rental house) what document need for?

A "PROPETY TAX RECEIPT" is one of Address proof of the "Place of Business" location.
So, You ll receive the "Property Tax Receipt" from the Landlord and Attach with "Rental Agreement".

You have to apply a new gst registration with new Email and mobile number with the documents as told by Raja sir.
