In GST whether all agent is required to compulsory registration in respective of 20 lakh Basic limit.

Yes for the Persons who supply goods and/or services on behalf of other taxable persons whether as an agent or otherwise (no threshold limit).
as per this provision if any person who is LIC agent and file income tax return at 200000 commission income , he shall be liable to registered to gst.
