when first tax return be filed for new composition dealers

Compositions dealers need to file return quarterly,so accordingly first quarter will be from jul 2017 to sep 2017, so accordingly due date for 1st return will be around 20th oct, but actual date is notified yet and if notified that can be extended.

You need to file your return quarterly. Means return of July, Aug, Sept. will be filed by you between 01/10/2017 - 20/10/2017.

Last date of quarterly return in case of composition dealer is 18th of next month. In case of annual return its 31 dec of following FY

for the period before july 2017, you need to follow your existing state laws i.e.VAT
