Registering as a GST practioner

Dear all,

I made an online application in the GST Portal (Karnataka) to become a 'GST Practioner'. The authority has asked me to appear in person with photos, aadhar copy, etc.

I have already uploaded all the needed documents in the portal itself. Any idea why a personal apperance is asked for, when the application procedure is supposed to be online?

Thanks

Collate all data's and send someone with a power of attorney to act on your behalf

Thanks... No where they mentioned in which office to meet

Do we need to find the office as per the pin code(jurisdiction) or visit any other central processing unit?

Pls post details
