I can see all my registered purchase in my GST 2B. One registered purchase invoice I cannot see in GST 2B. They provide me a handwritten GST invoice. In that invoice thr and mine both GST number mentioned. I checked the GST number from online GST portal and thr business name is reflecting. How this can be happen? Are they forget to file my invoice? Is it create any problem?

They might have not filed GSTR1 or they have not accounted in GSTR1. So that is the reason for not reflected in Gstr2A.
Will it create any problem or fraud?
Contact the supplier regarding this matter and if GSTR1 is not filed, tell them to file at the earliest.
