Registered For PE II but lost all attempts in 2007

Hi friends
I have passed the PE I CA exam in January 2005 also i have registered for PE II Exam but due to some personal reason i am unable to complete it and didn't appear in the five given attempts till 2007.Now in 2011 i again want to start preparing for CA what is the procedure now as i have complete PE I ?My current age is 25 year.How many years required from now to complete it?

Hi Raj,

There was compulsory conversion for the old PE-II students to IPCC (new scheme) those who have appered for exams. You will need to check with the institute oif you can still convert into IPCC so that you dont have to appear for CPT exams.

AFter conversion you can directlt appear for IPCC (Inter) examinations.

But you need to confirm at institute first. You should visit institute and take personal councelling as yours is the rare case
