Whether subscribers to MOA will be entered in the Register of APPLICATION AND ALLOTMENT OF SHARES or only allottes for whom form 2 is filed will be entered only after incorporation of company ?

It is very much advisable to enter the particulars of subscribers to MOA in the Register of application and allotment of shares. Though no formal allotment involve in this case but still application factor is there.
Further no one can question the validity of register if you include the details of subscribers to MOA in the Register of application and allotment of shares.
