Regidtered in composition but now want to change into normal

Initial migration of all the existing tax payer under GST was under normal scheme only.

For composition, trader has to apply specially by filling form online.....

The facility of the selection has only recently started........ so check that.

He may still be under normal scheme, unless opted for composition.

A dealer trading in textiles which was tax free in vat regime having turnover more than 75 lakh during previous year i.e. 2016-17. Now he is applying for registration under GST, can he opt for composition as a new dealer ?
If yes then any liability on closing stock of textiles ?
Considering new registration whether condition of preceeding year turnover is applicable to such dealer ?

Thank You Sir for Information. But i Have Another Issue. One of My client Opted for composition scheme, afterwards he realised that he is not eligible to opt composition scheme.

Now what to do, How to opt Out of such scheme. he has not prepare any invoice under composition scheme as well normal scheme yet.
