I have a one question regarding change from compostiion to normal .
One client has been regsitered in composition and gst no also alloted . now if client wants to be in normal and wants to avail ITC as well as issue tax invoice with charging GST aplicable . Now how it can be done ?
Initial migration of all the existing tax payer under GST was under normal scheme only.
For composition, trader has to apply specially by filling form online.....
The facility of the selection has only recently started........ so check that.
He may still be under normal scheme, unless opted for composition.
Thank You Sir for Information. But i Have Another Issue. One of My client Opted for composition scheme, afterwards he realised that he is not eligible to opt composition scheme.
Now what to do, How to opt Out of such scheme. he has not prepare any invoice under composition scheme as well normal scheme yet.
