No sir you cannot register for PCC until you clear CPT irrespective of your qualification. No exemption given. You cannot also register for Articleship until you clear CPT.

Simultaneously I would like to draw your attention that institute has scraped PCC instead they brought IPCC. In the IPPC scheme you have to clear at least 1st group to register for Articleship.
