Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that you can indeed use your Electronic Credit Ledger (ECL) balance to settle any tax liability arising from your GSTR-9 filing. When prompted to pay after filing, you can opt to use the DRC-03 form and select the option to pay via your credit ledger if there's an outstanding amount. This is a straightforward method to clear your dues using available ITC.
