in the september magazine , in the president message , it was written that one time transfer will be provided wih .. can any body update me as to what is the current situation.. is the institute giving transfer without those specific reasons or what ?? please inform

Dear Shobhit no one time trfr is allowed except for those specific reasons , it was onlly the pending requests as on 14th july for trfr were cleared and that is whats written in the message.
