I had got d form 109 signed by my CA..but the problem is that he has kept d 2 copies of the form saying that he would get it submitted...now i am tensed wat to do??

If he said he will submit if for you, then what's the problem? It means your travelling will be less. Keep the follow-up going on. Don't worry. (Hopefully, you kept at least a xerox copy with you.)
 

If you have one original copy send it to the council keeping atleast one photocopy/ scanned soft-copy with yourself, else you may want to get one from your Principal and send it yourself.

 

There is a possibility of the form not being sent by him, either intentionally or un-intentionally.

hi i have completed my ipcc and started my articles but im not happy with my firm and want a transfer can u tell me the procedure for it... i have already submittede my forms for c.a final and articles registration. pls help im really tensed.

If you are in the first year of your articleship, you have no restrictions to take transfer.

 

Steps to take transfer:

1. Find another CA under whom you wish to join.

2. Request your present CA to grant termination/ transfer.

3. Fill up form 109, get it signed by your present CA and send it to the council.

4. Fill up and send form 102 & 103, signed by your new CA and send it to the council.

i dont know was is his intensions..!!!! bt the institute is not accepting the form in such circumstance..

Did your CA signed in the form 109? And do you have one copy in original? If so, submit/ send it to the council, if not ask the CA saying you'll send it yourself or you want one original for your records or any other justification you can think of which will get your desired result.

I Had a similar type of problem when i undertook transfer. I deposited the Form-109 without Form 102 & 103..After few days i got a call from Institute regarding Form 102 & 103..But i was not able to go there because i dont hav Forms. And sent a Demand Draft in the name of Institute of Rs-50/-...So if ur ca would not deposit your Form then u can deposit a Demand Dratt for the remaing Forms..Either u should ask to institute for the problem u hav..

my CA has deposited the form 109 with the institute bt i dont have any proof of it....bt i hv the xerox copy of the form which my CA has deposited....koi problem to ni aegi baad me???

In that case, the best advice I can give is to ask your CA for a xerox copy of the form submitted in the institute DULY STAMPED! They stamp it and give a copy back. Get a xerox of that. Ask your sir you need it for 'record purposes' or some other excuse.

if you the copy of stamped form (from instt.), it means it has submitted.

Did your CA autographed in the make 109? And do you possess one reproduce in daring? If so, submit/ channelize it to the council, if not ask the CA speech you'll displace it yourself or you requirement one novel for your records or any another justification you can guess of which will get your desirable ensue.
