Regarding tds on brokerage in real estate company
If a broker shares his brokerage with a customer i.e. customer gets discount in his basic price of the equal amount the broker compromise his brokerage then whether to deduct TDS out of net commission or the amount including the shared brokerage???

TDS has to be duducted on Net Commission.
