WHEN I HAVE FILED SFT BY GENERIC SUBMISSION UTILITY  THEIR IS AN ERROR MESSAGE SHOWING THAT UNAUTHORISED USER.

REPORTING PORTAL DOES NOT HAVE OPTION OF REGISTERD DIGITAL SIGNATURE

THEN HOW CAN I FILED????

WE ARE ALSO GETTING THE SAME ERROR, WHY IT IS HAPPENING? HOW TO SOLVE THIS.
