Get yourself registered, pay service tax, file returns.
Reverse Charge Mech. is applicable to Companies only. If you are Indl/Firm and T/O is below 10 L then no need to register.
Reverse applicable to firm in case of gta and to individuals if they are goverened by factory act ir registered as deaker in excise if you fall in any of yhe above category you are liable to pay service tax
