No. It was not extended to 07.04.2009. Still it is 31.03.2009 for the month of March'2009
Hai Bipul,
Due dates for Qtrly service tax payments:
1st qtr = July 5th
2nd qtr = Oct 5th
3rd qtr = Jan 5th
4th qtr = 31st March still it is runing.
Service tax return filing due dates ( st - 3 return ) 1st half year = 25th Oct, 2nd half year = 25th April.
No it has been not changed
