Hello Everyone, One of my client is having Tata 3118 multi truck and getting 20000 per month as rent.He is having only one truck.

1. How to file the return? Whether U/s 44AE?

Sand transportation by truck, gst applicable on carting charges by truck, i am not owner of truck
