can i reply to notice u/s 142(1a) by filing a return by online u/s 142(1), now a new option is available in ITR forms.. In Excel utility (A.y.2009-10) ..we can file ITR's under sections of 139(1) ,139(4), 142(1), 148, 153A. when i suppose to upload XML file in d site, iam unable to upload it.. pls help me
