Dear sir/madam
my previous employer did not deposit my TDS amount which is deduct in dec-16 i.e AY 17-18. Tomorrow 31.03.2018 is the last day to file the return .
pl. suggest how I claim the refund amount.
I asked the co. regarding the matter but co. did not response .

You can file return without TDS claim.
Once your employer rectifies TDS return, and as such whenever it reflects in your Form 26AS, you can file rectification request and claim refund.....
