If I'm filing ITR 4 and my income is 7 lacs then I can avail rebate of 25000.
When I'm filing ITR of 23-24 then it's not giving me rebate of 25000.

The rebate of 25k will be applicable from next Assessment Year.
For AY 2023-24, max. rebate is Rs. 12,500/- which is not applicable in your case, as your income exceeds Rs. 5L.
