Regarding re-registration
My first attempt for CA final exam was Nov 2011. and after that i never appeared for exam but now i want to appear. whether i need to re-register myself for exam please suggest.

Yes you need to re-valid your registration, since your registration to final course has already exceed 5 years.
Registration once done is valid for next 5 years. In your case you are required to re-register yourself. Download the form available on icai.org and send it to the concerned address alongwith perquisite attachments and payment of prescribed fees.
