My monther has sale a agriculture land in 2012 and take advance for sell deed but purchaser did not give the rest amount and agreement date was expire. These amount has deposited in bank and now I tax deptt. has give a notice for deposit income tax vide information code AIR-001 CIB-403 OR 404 and purchaser gone in court for completion the agreement. Case has lodged by him in lower court and decision is pending and land is 28 Kms. far from Development Authority
Please guide me that
(i) how will we relax by Income Tax Deptt.and what reply should be for it. and
(ii) What reply in court should be by our side.
