how to do provisional registration if there is any one backlog subject

Sir ,
I have completed my Bcom 3rd yr in June 2021 from IGNOU
But due to clashing of 2 subjects on the same day lead to postmontment of one my subjects on feb2022
So,which date should I prefer for provisional registration through direct entry route so that my registration must not be cancelled as it would make me a loss of Rs18000
So what should I write in '"date and month" of examination coloumn ?
