Dear All,
One person has completed his CS and got the membership from the Institute . But till date person concern is working
in other capicity not a Company Secretary. My query is that Whether the person concern can do his service continuisouly and obtain a certificate of practice from the Institute for his practice?
Can it be possible?

The certificate of practice is for full time practice. The person can not work in any company.
