Regarding practical training test

if a student appears for 1st level of practical training test and won't appear for 2nd level, then what will happen?.... please help

Ya I know....but what will be the effect on final marksheet only if we appear for level 1?... please respond
You have to give level 2 exam compulsory otherwise it might be that results will be withheld

It is compulsory to appear for the second level of training otherwise it will affect your results
