my name is jagadeesh, sro number is 0379701. i submitted form 112 after completion of articles for seeking permission to study icwa. i posted a grievance in e sahayatha regarding this, icai replied that, since u submitted 112 after completion of articles thats why permission is not given.what is the remedy for me to take permission from icai.

students interested in pursuing additional course along with Articleship are required to obtain the permission of ICAI as well as the Principal (CA) under whom they are undergoing articleship. The permission of ICAI is required to be obtained in Form 112.
Mr.Jagdeesh, since you already completed your articleship, you were not required to obtain permission of icai in Form 112. But as i understood from your query is that you were already pursuing the other course during Articleship period but you applied for seeking permission after completing your Articleship. Is that right??
