MY query is, if I want to apply for PAN card of a 'Zila Parishad Primary School ' what document will required.
What will be the proof of constitution for such schools.

Trust deed if it is registered as a trust
It is must to run a school by a trust or a charity commissioner
document required
1) Trust Deed
2) Certificate of registration no. issued by Charity commissioner.
