one vehicle caught by GST team regarding E way bill .
E Way bill details were not match with Invoice.
GST team ask to deposit GST+ penalty.
we have done accordingly after that team has released vehicle but not provide to us document MOV 09.
they issue to us DRC07.
question is that we are facing problem at the time of filing Appeal in absence of documents MOV 09.
please suggest how can be file appeal for refund.

Yea in term of Rule 108 of CGST you must be Requiring the copy of order in original to file appeal.
So ask for copy of order from proper officer.
