regarding MCS under new syllabus

i joined articlship in 2012june for 9 months and then left CA now again i joined articlship 2017 June and completed 1 year 9 months of articlship. .. now want to do advance itt and MCS ....i didn't do gmcs 1
my doubt is that I have to do orientation program again or not???

Consult Ur nearest regional office about this matter...they will guide you

i asked them , they said by using ur orientation program details u can do MCS. ...

Oh ok...then u try for applying with the OT which u had attended in the past...if they accept then go for MCS...

If not...then give a letter in writing stating the reasons for such delay in doing articleship so that u can attend MCS asap....

i just want to that who is required to attach copy of moa and aoa in spice form and who can will it by inc33 and inc 34.
and
is details of investment to be given is compulsory in spice form is we are nod cover under esi and pf act.
ie can we enter 0 value in investment value coulums.
