Regarding ITR-U
If assessee income rs 300000 in fy=20-21. Is they can filed ITR-U?

Yes. They have to file ITR but for AY-2021-22 , deadline is over
Yes you can show it in ITR-U but till date ITR-U not available on portal.

Updated Return enabled for AY 20-21 & 21-22. Check news section on Income Tax portal.
