If assessee income rs 300000 in fy=20-21. Is they can filed ITR-U?

Yes. They have to file ITR but for AY-2021-22 , deadline is over

Yes you can show it in ITR-U but till date ITR-U not available on portal.

ITR U is live in the portal from today morning..You may file using 139(8A)
