can i file ITR of AY 13-14 ,and 14-15 ,in AY 13-14 i received salary 249282 and TDS is 3552 , In AY14-15 salary is 315446 and tds is 8246 .and in this AY 15-16 i received salary from pvs employer 144611 and TDS is 604 only 5 mnt i received sal;ary in cash and there is no form 16 but i received my march salary 34338 in which no TDS amt is there and Form 16 mentions only salary amt which 34238.

Earlier years you cannot file. Only is there is a refund or tax credit issues you can apply for condonation at CCI
