Dear,
I have claimed ITC on the basis of Tax Invoice. And paid the amount to suppliers accordingly. After several requesting to he/ them , they did not file their returns. Now after one years , what would be my next step to safe myself from gst department. As I am not reverse the same ITC .
please suggest , what to do.

Don't worry if dept ask u show original invoice
ITC will be available on the basis of invoice
