Regarding Income tax refund

Sir I have filed my income tax return within the stipulated period u/s 139 for the assessment year 20/21,but I have not received my income tax refund.sir from the relevant sources I found that which the ITR has been assessed u/s143 but have not received refund,the said person be revised his ITR for the said year.please guide me Thanks
