sale of garments 565000 purchased of garments is 876000.i am dealing in garments business.can I liable to pay income tax

No, if that be your only income source..

Unless your gross income from all sources doesn't exceed 2.50L (for <60yrs age); you are not liable for any tax..

Income pe tax lagta hai, per 2.50 lakhs se uper ho tab.
