Regarding Handwritten request for certified copies
whether the entire 'application format for handwritten request' or only the the blanks given in that are to be in handwritten?

I advised to write entire format which is necessary in Ur own hand writing only.
Because in that format DD columns also there which is for offline mode applicable earlier.
