I WANT TO KNOW REGARDING GSTR'S TO BE FILED BEFORE CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION.
I AM UNDER REGULAR SCHEME AND APPLIED FOR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION ON 17/03/2018 BUT DID NOT FILED GSTR 3B FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2018.
I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I WAS SUPPOSED TO FILE GSTR 3B FOR MARCH 2018 ALSO EVEN IF I HAVE MADE MY CANCELLATION APPLICATION ON 17/03/2018.

After Apply Cancellation You are not filled any return
As per my View.,
You want file GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 returns upto the Cancellation preiods...
Also You want file Annual Return...

In my opinion.... The cancellation request of gst registration is under processing.
so we may have to file a nil return till our request is processed. Once processed, I hope that we can't login to gst portal because it is cancelled.
