Quick Summary
The GST Act does not impose a limit on how many times a business can change its trade name. You are free to change it whenever necessary. However, remember that each change requires an amendment to your GST registration certificate (RC) via the 'CORE FIELD AMENDMENT' option. Ensure there's at least a one-month gap between amendments.

The GST Act does not specifies any such limit for changing the Trade Name of Business. So you can change it whenever and as many times you want. But note that you need to amend your RC by selecting the option "CORE FIELD AMENDMENT."
